okay, i don't want to take part in this, because i'm not good enough, but i would like to comment. Our best player isn't part of the clan, he's a member of the community though. This is an example of how awesome the idea of a community based server is.

But yeah, TF2 is a rock paper scissors game. There is some skill involved in the game...but this isnt CSS or Quake. In competitive play, most action revolves around a medic (not TOO much skill needed to play) and the anchor (usually a demo or a heavy...both classes fairly easy to play) to organize pushes. I know its gay, but literally the whole match revolves around who gets the "uber" first.

All it takes is good teamwork, and make sure you are decent at at least 2 classes out of the set 5 classes used for competitive play : Soldier, Scout, Heavy, Demoman, Medic.

P.S: Time played is somewhat important.... most good clans usually have at least 100+ hours invested in one of their "good" classes.

P.S.S: Pubbing is VASTLY different from competitive play. It is not necessarily harder, it's just you cannot rely on killing 3 people by randomly shooting projectiles at the cart. Or getting killing sprees. Or camping etc... Its 6v6 (or in some leagues, 8v8)
