I haven't done all the things on the list yet, but I thought I'd try since I do play on the servers a lot >.>
1. Register as a user on our web site. - Done
2. Have at least 25 meaningful posts on the forums. - Nope
3. You need to have at least 24 HOURS ON OUR SERVERS ACTIVELY PLAYING - and then some
4. Refer a new player to the servers and have them register in the forums and post in the "Introduce Yourself" area. They need to mention your name there. - Nope, but I have had friends from other servers come play on the mTF ones for a few rounds
4. We want team players, so that the servers are fun for all. - Slap my ass and call my Bill O'reily of that isn't me
5. Obey all server rules and DON'T BE AN ASS! - same as 4
