Well, while there's no need for it, I think adding maybe 10 - 15 % couldn't hurt. Any good medic can consistently fill his ubercharge, but most players are really bad, so maybe, by drawing attention toward it, they may treat it with more weight.

If they are bad, they won't know when to hit the uber anyway. That may screw things up more. I say leave it.
